Recent change to Colorado law. When you get an amateur radio license plate with your callsign, or renew your existing one, you must now bring your amateur radio license from the FCC.

For February our guest speaker was our very own Violetta Latham, KN2P, who briefed about her recent adventures on world-class DXpeditions in exotic far-away lands.

Violetta’s presentation was very well received, attracting a recent GGARC attendance record of 30 members.

Violetta is also the youth coordinator for the ARRL region. Thank you Violetta.

We spared no expense for December’s meeting, and brought in our very own Bob Sayer, W0OFA, to brief Nuclear Testing and EMP. Bob shared his decades of experience working in the field. Bob is a charter member of the club. Thank you Bob.
